RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY is small enough to provide personal service, yet large enough to provide complete & continuous service.

The company was created by Bob Hooke in 1982 and has specialized in rental houses from the beginning. The inventory of almost 300 homes includes houses renting from $800 to $2,400 per month. The primary emphasis is in North Fresno and Clovis. The company is now owned by Rent Fresno, Inc. and run by Bob's son-in-law, Jeff Teliha.

Most repairs and maintenance are handled by independent contractors.
