We show homes by appointment weekdays between 10am and 6:30 pm. Our office hours are 9:30am to 5pm weekdays except holidays.
THE LIST CHANGES OFTEN ESPECIALLY BETWEEN THE 1ST & 10TH OF EACH MONTH.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8.
QUALIFICATIONS TO RENT:
To rent one of our homes we require verifiable gross income of at least 3 times the rent.
You must also have a recent good rental reference or mortgage payment history. Your credit
history must indicate that you pay your bills on time. There is a $20 application fee for each
applicant. A one year lease is required for most homes.
PETS:
One or two outside pets are allowed at most of our homes with references.
We do not allow any breed of dog identified as dangerous by the insurance companies,
e.g. Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, etc.
Please have a picture of your pet to show us when you apply.
